Shipping Policies

The Manual Store offers free standard shipping for all orders for manuals with delivery in the contiguous 48 United States. Expedited service is available with USPS Priority for an additional charge. Hawaii and Alaska are not included in the free shipping option as delivery times will exceed the estimates provided as estimates are based on Continental US orders. Orders for parts are subject to standard shipping charges.

International shipping to many countries is available but not included in the free shipping offer. Charges will be calculated at checkout. Any duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may vary. The estimated delivery time average provided at checkout is only an estimate and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. As this is an estimate only, The Manual Store cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date.

Iowa Sales Tax
6.0% sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to Iowa addresses in accordance with state law.

When Will My Order Ship?

The Manual Store works hard to ship your order as soon as possible! Most orders for manuals will ship within the same business day if the order is placed by 1:00 PM Central. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Central will not usually ship until the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will not ship until the following (Non-Holiday) business day. In some cases, unexpected delays can occur due to a supplier inventory level or back order on a specific manual.

Order Status / Tracking My Order

When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. However, you can also log into your account by clicking on the My Account tab at the top right of the homepage. Once logged into your account, the My Orders section appears at the top. The first option is to review orders / track packages.
