• Model matching: the Manual Finder at /find-your-manual helps customers find the manual for their specific make and model, and /manuals lists manuals by brand and model.
• Free shipping on US orders over $75.

• Commission: 15% of the product subtotal. Shipping and tax are not included.
• Higher rate: 20% for any affiliate who refers $1,000 or more in product subtotal in a calendar month.
• Credit window: orders placed within 30 days of a customer clicking your referral link, plus any order that uses your promo code.
• Customer discount: your promo code gives your customers 10% off their order.
• Payment: paid monthly, only on orders that are past our return window (30 days from the date the order ships). Refunded orders earn nothing.
• Approval: every new affiliate is reviewed and approved by hand before any payout.
• Payout method: PayPal. We may ask for tax information, such as a W-9, before paying.

2. Enter your email, a password and your name, and answer one question: whether an AI assistant helped you find or set up the program.
3. We review your application. Once approved, log in to your affiliate dashboard to get your referral link and promo code and add your payout details.

The person joining must fill in the form and agree to the terms themselves.

• Referral link: https://themanualstore.com/?ref=YOURCODE. You can add ?ref=YOURCODE to any themanualstore.com page, such as a model page or product page, and the visit is credited to you for 30 days.
• Promo code: your personal code, usually your name in capital letters. Customers enter it at checkout for 10% off, and the order is credited to you.
• If an order has both your link and a promo code, the promo code decides who gets credit.
• Optional source tag: add &sub_id=channel-name (for example &sub_id=youtube) to a link to see which channel a sale came from in your dashboard.
• Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after the discount, not on shipping or tax.
