Shipping Policy
We offer fast, reliable shipping on all orders. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 (contiguous 48 states). Most manual purchases qualify on their own, and adding a shirt or sticker gets you there easily.
- Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.99 via USPS Priority Mail or equivalent.
- Expedited shipping options (USPS Priority Express, UPS) are available at checkout with rates calculated in real time.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Free shipping on orders over $150. Standard carrier rates apply on orders below that threshold.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses: Supported via USPS only.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
- Typical delivery times range from 6–20 business days depending on the destination country.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We declare accurate values on all customs forms.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST typically ship the next business day.
- Standard US delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Expedited US delivery: 1–3 business days after shipping.
- During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take 3–5 business days. We'll communicate any delays via email.
Tracking Your Order
- Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once shipped. You can also check order status anytime by logging into your account or contacting us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at Sales@TheManualStore.com or call 888-218-7357. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment and resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.
- Please report any delivery issues within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Order Changes
- Need to update your shipping address after placing an order? Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can make changes at no extra cost. Once shipped, address changes may incur additional carrier fees.
