Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of themanualstore.com (the "Site") and the products and services offered through it. The Site is operated by AGC Consulting LLC d/b/a The Manual Store, an Iowa limited liability company (referred to in these Terms as "we," "us," or "The Manual Store"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
The Manual Store sells printed and digital repair manuals, parts catalogs, operator manuals, and related merchandise for agricultural, industrial, and consumer equipment. We are headquartered in Carroll, Iowa, and have been in business since 2005.

2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any third party. You will not:
- Use the Site to transmit unauthorized advertising, spam, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use automated means (scraping, bots) to access the Site without our prior written consent
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content beyond personal, non-commercial use
3. Products and Orders
Products are described and priced on individual product pages. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel orders, and limit quantities at any time. Printed manuals are drop-shipped through third-party suppliers (including Jensales and others). Delivery times depend on the supplier and shipping method selected. Digital manuals are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed through secure third-party providers. By submitting an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the amount due to your selected payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and fees.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments should be reported to support@themanualstore.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Printed manuals: returnable within 30 days of delivery in unused, resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
- Digital manuals (PDFs): non-refundable once download access has been provided, except in cases of defective files or duplicate purchase.
- Merchandise (Tractor Life Gear and similar): returnable within 30 days of delivery in unused condition with tags attached.

7. Intellectual Property
All Site content — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and code — is owned by AGC Consulting, LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. "The Manual Store" name and logo are our trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or display Site content without our prior written permission. Manuals offered for sale on the Site are either (a) reproductions made under license from the original equipment manufacturer or its authorized agent, or (b) public-domain materials. Purchase of a manual grants you a personal-use license to the copy you receive and does not transfer any underlying copyright.
8. SMS Messaging
If you choose to opt in to SMS messages from The Manual Store, your participation is governed by our separate SMS Policy. SMS opt-in is separate from these Terms of Service: agreeing to these Terms does not enroll you in SMS messaging, and you can use the Site without opting in to SMS. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our separate Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that we collect, use, and disclose information as described in that policy.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Manuals and parts information are sold for reference purposes; you are solely responsible for proper repair, maintenance, and operation of your equipment, including safe practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AGC CONSULTING, LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH IT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AGC Consulting, LLC and its affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability
