- You have 30 days from the date your order ships to request a return or refund. No hoops, no hassle.
What Qualifies for a Return
- Printed Manuals — Unopened and in original shrink-wrap condition. If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, you get a full refund including original shipping.
- Apparel & Merch (t-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks) — Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, in original packaging. Defective prints or wrong sizes qualify for a full refund or exchange.
- Vinyl Stickers — Defective or damaged on arrival qualifies for a full refund or replacement.
What Does NOT Qualify
- Opened or used printed manuals. These are reproduction books — once opened, they can't be resold.
- Merch that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago.
- Custom or personalized items.
How to Start a Return
- Step 1: Email Sales@TheManualStore.com within 30 days with your order number and reason for the return.
- Step 2: We'll reply with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Step 3: Ship the item back in its original condition. You cover return shipping unless the item was our mistake.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 2–3 business days), we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
- We make it right — fast. Just email a quick photo and your order number to Sales@TheManualStore.com. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund immediately.

- No restocking fees — ever.
- International orders: 30-day window still applies. You're responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.
